About This Program

Oregon's IRA-funded Home Efficiency Rebates program launching spring 2026 and administered by Energy Trust of Oregon. Provides rebates covering 50–100% of project costs up to $10,000 for whole-home efficiency retrofits achieving at least 20% projected energy savings. Low-income households (below 80% AMI) receive 100% coverage; moderate-income (80–150% AMI) receive 50%. At least 40% of funds reserved for low-income households.

Requires 20% energy savings threshold; Energy Trust administers for investor-owned utility areas
