About This Program

Washington County offers two CDBG-funded programs: deferred interest-bearing loans up to $25,000 for homeowners at or below 80% AMI, and HARDE grants up to $10,000 for accessibility and repair needs of elderly/disabled homeowners at or below 50% AMI. Covers structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, roofing, and exterior repairs in Washington County.
