Raleigh Limited Repair Program

About This Program

The Raleigh Limited Repair Program provides deferred 0% interest loans up to $20,000 to help low- and moderate-income homeowners address a single failing system such as a leaking roof, faulty HVAC, defective electrical panel, or plumbing failure. Loans are forgiven after 5 years of continued owner-occupancy. The program is administered by Preserving Home (formerly Rebuilding Together Triangle).
