About This Program

Habitat for Humanity of Wake County's Home Preservation program partners with Preserving Home to deliver critical repairs for low-income homeowners to keep their homes safe and livable. Repairs focus on making homes warm, safe, and dry through roofing, structural, HVAC, and accessibility work. An extensive waitlist exists, so early application is encouraged. All repair work is provided at no cost to qualifying homeowners.
