CDC Utah's HomeFit program offers grants and loans for critical repairs or home improvements addressing health and safety issues, and remodeling of bathrooms and kitchens. The Federal Homeowners Assistance Fund component provides eligible homeowners up to $18,000 for critical repairs or modifications to allow continued home occupancy. CDC Utah serves homeowners in Salt Lake, Tooele, and Summit Counties.
