Habitat for Humanity Greater Salt Lake's Critical Home Repair Program (CHiRP) helps low-income homeowners maintain safe and healthy living conditions. Qualified applicants receive up to $20,000 in grant funding with no upfront payment. CHiRP covers roofs, plumbing, flooring, windows, electrical, fire safety, and accessibility upgrades. Homeowners in Salt Lake, Davis, and Tooele Counties earning below 80% AMI are eligible.
