About This Program

Salt Lake City's Minor Repairs Program provides up to $1,500 to assist low- to moderate-income owner-occupants with small home repairs and maintenance. Eligible repairs include minor health and safety improvements, accessibility modifications, and weatherization. Applications are submitted online through the Housing Stability Division. A faster process than the full rehabilitation program for smaller needs.
