Salt Lake County Aging Services and the local Area Agency on Aging coordinate minor home accessibility modifications to help seniors and disabled residents safely remain in their homes. Services may include grab bars, handrails, ramps, and bath safety equipment at low or no cost. Funded through Older Americans Act and local sources.
