About This Program

ICC coverage is automatically included in every NFIP flood insurance policy and pays up to $30,000 to help bring a flood-damaged home into compliance with local floodplain ordinances through elevation, floodproofing, demolition, or relocation. If your San Diego home is in a Special Flood Hazard Area and declared substantially damaged, contact your flood insurance carrier to file an ICC claim. Partial advances of up to $15,000 are available once permits are in place.
