About This Program

LIHEAP provides direct energy bill assistance to low-income San Francisco households to help pay heating, cooling, and crisis energy costs. Benefits are paid directly to PG&E or other utilities. San Francisco's LIHEAP is administered by the Human Services Agency in coordination with PG&E.
