About This Program

Hopelink administers LIHEAP for residents in North King County (north of NE 145th St) and East King County, including Shoreline, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. Income-qualified households (at or below 150% federal poverty level) can receive $250–$1,250 in annual heating bill assistance.
