The PSE Home Energy Lifeline Program (PSE HELP) provides PSE customers in the Seattle area with $250-$1,000 in one-time annual bill assistance plus automatic enrollment in PSE's Bill Discount Program, which provides a 5%-45% ongoing monthly discount on energy rates. Eligibility requires net household income at or below 80% AMI. Byrd Barr Place processes applications for Seattle-area PSE customers.
Annual benefit is $250-$1,000 plus monthly bill discount; a 30% monthly discount on a $150 PSE bill saves ~$540/year.
Deadline: Applications through August 2026 (until funds exhausted)
