About This Program

Up to $50,000 for flood mitigation and energy upgrades. Half is a deferred grant forgiven at loan payoff, half is a 3% loan over 5 or 10 years. Income up to 120% AMI. No minimum credit score. Covers flood-proofing, insulation, heat pumps, raising mechanicals. Administered by Home HeadQuarters for Onondaga County.
