About This Program

The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program funds homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing in Tucson. While not primarily a home repair program, ESG funding helps very low income renters and homeowners with utility arrears and housing stability costs that can indirectly prevent displacement due to deferred maintenance issues.
