About This Program

The Tucson Housing Repair Program (THRP) provides CDBG-funded repairs to low-income owner-occupants within Tucson city limits. The first $15,000 is a grant; amounts from $15,001–$25,000 are a recorded 5-year lien. The FY2025-2026 income limits range from $33,650 for a single person to $63,450 for a household of 8, set at 50% AMI.

First $15,000 is a full grant; additional amounts up to $25,000 are a deferred 5-year lien recorded on the property.
