About This Program

The TARR Program provides up to $12,500 for essential repairs to owner-occupied homes with hazardous or unsanitary conditions threatening the life and health of occupants. The first $7,500 is a non-repayable grant; an additional $5,000 deferred loan is available at 2% simple interest (no compounding), deferred until title transfer or sale. Work must address an existing hazardous condition.
