About This Program

Provides free interior plumbing repairs and high-flow fixture replacements to income-eligible Atlanta Water customers to reduce water waste and lower bills. Serves approximately 185 low-income households per year. Administered by the Nehemiah Project CDC on behalf of the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management.

Free plumbing repairs; savings come through reduced water bills after repairs.

Key Details

  • Must be an Atlanta Water customer and homeowner 18+
  • Income limits: 1 person $60,200 / 4 person $86,000 / 8 person $113,550
  • Must have lived at address 6+ months with 6 completed billing cycles
  • Water account cannot be more than 5 months past due
