About This Program

TDHCA's AYBR program provides one-time grants of up to $22,500 to qualified households that include a person with a disability, to fund accessibility modifications and elimination of hazardous conditions in the home. The program is administered by local nonprofit organizations and government entities under contract with TDHCA. Income must not exceed 80% of Area Median Family Income.
