About This Program

Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston builds and sells affordable homes to income-qualifying families using volunteer labor, donated materials, and no-interest mortgages. Families contribute sweat equity hours in the construction of their own and other Habitat homes. A Critical Repairs Program is also being developed through the 'Building a GREATER Boston' campaign for existing homeowners. Income limits: 30–80% AMI.
