About This Program

The Senior Home Repair Loan provides Boston homeowners aged 62 and older with a 0% interest deferred loan of up to $12,000, primarily targeted at replacing aging or failed heating systems. Applicants must be owner-occupants of 1-4 family homes in Boston with household income at or below 80% AMI. No repayment is required while the homeowner remains in the property.
