Boston Seniors Save Program

About This Program

Seniors Save provides Boston homeowners aged 60 and older earning below 80% AMI with a grant of up to $12,000 specifically for heating system replacement. Unlike the Senior Home Repair Loan, the Seniors Save grant does not need to be repaid. Any remaining costs beyond the grant amount can be covered by a 0% deferred loan.

Direct grant (no repayment) up to $12,000 for heating system only. Income limit: 80% AMI. Age 60+.
