HomeWorks HELP is a 0% interest deferred loan for interior and exterior home repairs available to Boston homeowners earning at or below 135% AMI. Loan amounts scale with property size: $20,000 for condos, $30,000 for single-family, $40,000 for two-family, and $50,000 for three- or four-family homes. Households between 120-135% AMI must contribute a dollar-for-dollar match, while those below 120% AMI have no match requirement.
