About This Program

This pilot program provides owner-occupants of 2–4 unit Boston homes built before 1999 with up to $50,000 per unit for deep energy retrofits including electrification, insulation, and decarbonization. Properties must be income-eligible (at or below 120% AMI) and maintain rents affordable to 80% AMI tenants. The pilot is currently fully enrolled with 20 buildings selected, but a new cohort may open.
