About This Program

The HMLP provides 0% interest deferred loans up to $50,000 (or $30,000 for manufactured homes) to homeowners or landlords who need to make accessibility modifications for a household member with a disability or a resident aged 60 or older. Eligible modifications include wheelchair ramps and lifts, widened doorways, accessible bathrooms and kitchens, sensory spaces, and ADUs. Repayment is deferred until the home is sold or transferred.

0% interest deferred loan, $1,000–$50,000 (up to $30,000 for manufactured homes). Repaid only on sale or transfer. Income guidelines apply based on household gross income.
