About This Program

Households at or below 60% of the Area Median Income qualify for Mass Save's Income-Eligible Program, which covers 100% of the cost of insulation, air sealing, heat pump installation, and replacement appliances (refrigerators, washers, dehumidifiers, window ACs). There is no out-of-pocket cost to eligible households. Services are delivered through Community Action Agencies and Mass Save program administrators including ABCD in Boston.
