Mass Save Insulation Rebate (Standard — 75% covered)

About This Program

All Massachusetts utility customers (Eversource, National Grid, etc.) can receive an instant rebate covering 75% of the cost of attic, wall, and basement insulation plus air sealing. The rebate is applied instantly at the time of installation by participating contractors. Income-eligible households (below 60% AMI) pay nothing at all. A free home energy assessment from Mass Save is required to qualify.

Instant rebate: utility pays 75% of insulation cost directly to contractor. Homeowner pays only 25%. Income-eligible (60% AMI) households pay $0.
