About This Program

Income-eligible Massachusetts households can receive significant discounts on their monthly utility bills: up to 42% off electric bills and 25% off gas bills through Eversource, and up to 71% off electric bills through National Grid's tiered structure. MassHealth and DTA clients are enrolled automatically. Other households at or below 60% of state median income can apply directly through the utility.
