Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA)
JEA crews visit low-income neighborhoods (where 50%+ of residents are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level) to install free LED bulbs, low-flow showerheads and faucet aerators, toilet flappers, AC filters, weather stripping, and caulking. Homes with less than 3 inches of attic insulation and high winter consumption may qualify for free attic insulation installation. Residents do not apply, they receive postcards when their neighborhood is selected.
Program is geographically targeted by JEA; residents in qualifying neighborhoods are notified by postcard
Deadline: Rolling, neighborhoods are selected by JEA; watch for postcards
