About This Program

JEA crews visit low-income neighborhoods (where 50%+ of residents are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level) to install free LED bulbs, low-flow showerheads and faucet aerators, toilet flappers, AC filters, weather stripping, and caulking. Homes with less than 3 inches of attic insulation and high winter consumption may qualify for free attic insulation installation.
