About This Program

Miami-Dade County's federally funded Weatherization Assistance Program installs cost-saving energy measures in homes of low-income residents, including HVAC repairs or replacement, insulation, refrigerator replacement, efficient water heaters, and weatherstripping. Income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Priority is given to households with seniors 60+, disabled members, or children under 12. Apply at any of the 12 Community Resource Centers countywide.

Income limit for 2026: ~$31,920 for a single person or ~$65,720 for a family of four (200% federal poverty level).
