Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville partners with low-income families to build and purchase affordable homes with zero-profit mortgages. Applicants must demonstrate need, ability to afford homeownership, and willingness to partner (sweat equity hours). Income limits are up to 60% AMI for homeownership. 2026 homes are located in the Antioch area of Davidson County.

Not a grant — subsidized mortgage with no profit added. Monthly payments are kept affordable. Minimum FICO 600 or alternative credit history required.
