About This Program

Nashville Electric Service, in partnership with TVA, provides free deep energy retrofits to limited-income NES customers through the Home Uplift Program. Qualifying homeowners receive air sealing, duct sealing/replacement, attic insulation, HVAC cleaning and/or replacement, heat pump water heaters, window replacement, refrigerator replacement, LED bulbs, and low-flow showerheads. Homes must not have received TVA-funded upgrades in the past 20 years.

Completely free for qualifying NES customers, average annual savings of $534 after upgrades.
