About This Program

Cash rebates for insulating your home through Energy Trust of Oregon for customers of PGE, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas, or Avista. Standard rates for attached/multi-unit homes: attic $1.50/sq ft, wall $2.25/sq ft, floor $1.00/sq ft. Income-qualified households receive enhanced rates through Savings Within Reach. Specific R-value thresholds must be met.

For a 1,200 sq ft attic: $1,800; income-qualified may receive higher rates
