Income-qualified program offering enhanced cash incentives for insulation and heating upgrades stacked on top of standard Energy Trust rebates. Rebates include $1.50/sq ft for attic insulation, $2.25/sq ft for wall insulation, $1.00/sq ft for floor insulation, $3,000 for efficient heat pumps, $1,800 for ductless heat pumps, and $1,600 for high-efficiency gas furnaces. Requires utility service from PGE, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade, or Avista.
