About This Program

Multnomah County distributes HUD Community Development Block Grant funds to local nonprofits for housing rehabilitation in unincorporated county areas and smaller cities (Fairview, Maywood Park, Troutdale, Wood Village). Residents in these areas must apply through CDBG-funded partner nonprofits. FY 2026–27 housing services allocation is approximately $157,580.
