Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS)
Oregon program providing cash payments for energy conservation measures on homes that use fuel oil or dyed diesel as primary heating fuel, for households at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Payments cover insulation, heating equipment, and weatherization improvements. Two-tiered payment structure based on income. Contractors and homeowners can both receive payments.
