About This Program

Utah's HEAT Program (funded by LIHEAP) provides energy bill assistance to low-income households by making direct payments to utility providers (Rocky Mountain Power, Dominion Energy). HEAT participants are automatically eligible for the Weatherization Assistance Program. Crisis assistance is available for emergency heating/cooling situations.
