About This Program

CHRPA is a Tucson and Pima County nonprofit providing free emergency and accessibility home repairs to low-income owner-occupants. Services include electrical and plumbing repairs, heating and cooling repairs, roof repairs, and construction of steps and wheelchair ramps. Priority is given to seniors age 60+ and persons with disabilities. Applicants must own their home and have lived there at least one year.

Free services; estimated value varies by project. Cannot assist with AC units, painting, remodeling, floor replacement, mold cleanup, or appliance repair.
