Pima County Home Repair Assistance Program

Pima County Community & Workforce Development

Active – 12+ month waitlist typical County Rehabilitation Grant

About This Program

Pima County operates a Home Repair Program for low-income homeowners in unincorporated Pima County, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, and South Tucson (NOT City of Tucson, which has its own program). Eligible repairs include weatherization, roofing, safety and accessibility, HVAC, and septic. Income must be below 80% AMI for CDBG and 60% for weatherization components. High demand means 12+ month waits.

Project costs vary; funding structure (grant vs. deferred loan) depends on household income tier. CDBG-funded work is the primary component.
