Pima Council on Aging / Area Agency on Aging
The Pima Council on Aging (PCOA) and local Area Agency on Aging programs provide or coordinate minor accessibility modifications to help elderly and disabled Pima County residents remain safely in their homes. Services may include grab bars, handrails, ramps, and bath safety equipment. Availability and funding levels vary; contact PCOA for current programs and to be assessed for services.
Minor modifications typically $500–$5,000; some services free through PCOA direct programs, others subsidized through Medicaid waivers.
