About This Program

Tucson Electric Power's Efficient Home Program offers instant rebates on new certified air conditioning and heat pump systems when old equipment is retired. Rebates apply at the time of purchase when using a participating TEP-approved contractor. Additional rebates are available for duct sealing, mini-split installations, and AC tune-ups. A free virtual home assessment is available to start.

Rebate amounts vary by equipment efficiency rating and type. Instant rebates deducted from contractor invoice. Standard AC rebates typically $200–$800 depending on system.
