Priority is given to seniors, persons with disabilities, veterans, and families with children. Repairs focus on health, safety, and accessibility. Household income must be at or below 80% AMI.
Critical repairs vary widely; typical Habitat repair projects range $5,000-$25,000 in donated labor and materials.
