Lead Safe Washington (LSW) Program

About This Program

DHCD's Lead Safe Washington program provides grants of up to $4,000 to owner-occupied households at or below 80% AMI that have at least one child under age six living in or frequently visiting the home, or a pregnant household member. The program addresses lead-based paint hazards and connects recipients to the broader Healthy Homes Program (HHP) for additional hazard remediation services.

Estimated at the published grant cap of $4,000.
