About This Program

Solar for All provides no-cost rooftop solar installations to income-qualified DC homeowners (at or below 80% AMI) with a goal of reducing energy bills by 50%. The program covers all installation costs and, when needed, includes roofing repairs necessary to prepare the home for safe solar installation. Participants can expect estimated savings of up to $500 per year on electricity bills.

Residential rooftop solar installations typically cost $15,000–$25,000 before incentives; program covers 100% of cost.
