About This Program

Boston ABCD serves as the primary local delivery agent for both the Mass Save Income-Eligible Program and the state WAP Weatherization program, providing free energy assessments, insulation, air sealing, heating system repairs, and appliance replacement to income-eligible Boston households. ABCD also administers HEAP/LIHEAP fuel assistance and can connect residents to multiple overlapping energy programs in a single visit.
