Mass Save — Participating Massachusetts Banks and Credit Unions
The Mass Save HEAT Loan provides 0% interest financing up to $25,000 for qualifying energy efficiency upgrades including heat pumps, insulation, heat pump water heaters, and battery storage. Terms range from 12 to 84 months with no prepayment penalty. Available to customers of Eversource, National Grid, Berkshire Gas, Cape Light Compact, Liberty Utilities, or Unitil. A Mass Save home energy assessment must be completed before applying.
0% APR loan, $2,000–$25,000, 12–84 month terms. No income limit. Must be a utility customer and complete a home energy assessment first.
