About This Program

The Harris County Housing Finance Corporation administers down payment assistance programs for Harris County homebuyers through partnership with TDHCA's Texas Homebuyer Program. Programs include My First Texas Home (first-time buyers and veterans) and My Choice Texas Home (repeat buyers). A Community Land Trust program was also offered, though enrollment has been paused pending new funding.
