Avenue CDC serves over 7,000 Houstonians annually through affordable homeownership, family asset building, and community initiatives. Avenue collaborates with the City of Houston to deliver HUD-approved homebuyer education required for down payment assistance programs and builds energy-efficient affordable homes in Houston neighborhoods. Programs support first-time buyers and low-to-moderate income residents.
