ElderSource — Northeast Florida Agency on Aging
ElderSource, the Area Agency on Aging for Northeast Florida, connects seniors and adults with disabilities to minor home repair and modification services that help them remain safely in their homes. Services may include grab bar installation, ramp construction, safety modifications, and other repairs. ElderSource coordinates referrals to local providers and can also assist with linking to other programs for larger repairs. Serves Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns, and Volusia counties.
